During these two to three hour sessions, participants will gather around our cutting blocks to watch a detailed demonstration and discussion of the breakdown process of a top-quality, locally-raised pig. Modest offerings of charcuterie and small bites as well as beer and cider are provided. Participants are welcome to shop the cases after the class is over; we extend a 15% discount off all meats (no dry goods nor booze). Please arrive 10 minutes early (at 5:50pm) and bring your order confirmation number, or be able to pull up your confirmation email upon arrival. Classes will begin promptly at 6:00pm (we will not delay for stragglers). Parking on the street may be hit or miss, so please allow a few minutes to find a suitable place to park if you're driving. For safety and time-sensitive reasons, classes are not hands on. All demonstrations are non-refundable and non-postponable.
