The "baseball minor roast" is the smaller lobe of the top sirloin muscle, with any fascia removed, and is also cylindrical, but is smaller and has a lesser diameter than the “baseball major roast.” Both baseball roasts are $44.99 per pound, and one isn’t “better” than the other—weight and diameter are the only differences between the two.
