Meat Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Meat Club! Below are some basic terms and conditions of your membership. Please review them before signing up. Understanding the policies up-front will ensure you have the best possible experience. 

 

How does Meat Club work?

We use Farmigo to administer our Meat Club program, which you can find a link to at www.stockprovisions.com/meatclub. You will select the Meat Club program that best fits you and your family’s needs and the pick-up location most convenient for you. When signing up for Meat Club, you are committing to 6 distributions of product with either weekly or bi-weekly pickups.

All Meat Club subscriptions are ongoing with automatic billing. Your subscription will automatically renew after every 6 distributions. However, you can pause your subscription at any time as needed through Farmigo and will not be charged again until you resume your pickups.

Once you’re signed up you will receive a confirmation email as well a reminder 48 hours prior to your pick-up. At your first pick-up you will receive an insulated tote with your order in it. In the future please bring your tote with you to pick-up your order, if you forget your tote additional totes will be available for purchase or you can take your order in a paper bag. 

All meat will come fresh and vacuum-sealed and is meant to be either eaten or frozen within 5 days. 

What if I am going to be out-of-town or simply want to skip a Meat Club distribution? 

If you are going on vacation or need to skip a pickup, you may place your account on hold for as long as necessary through your Farmigo account. You must do this at least 1 week in advance of the next pickup

What happens if I miss a pick-up without notifying you in advance?

For Meat Club to work optimally it requires a week-to-week commitment on the part of our customers, therefore, we cannot refund packages or hold them beyond the pick-up window. We do however allow a friend or family member to pick-up the distribution on your behalf. 

 

SIGNING UP

We use a web-based software platform called Farmigo to manage the Meat Club subscription program. When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created with your account activity. You can view and change your subscription, edit credit card info, or put your pickups on hold just by signing in to your account.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via credit card or electronic check. Meat Club members make a six week commitment by paying up front, and all payments are set to automatically renew when your balance hits $0. We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our order site is run by Farmigo, and your information is stored securely by Authorize.net. For à la carte orders, members and non-members can make one-time purchases via our online store using the same payment methods.

PRIVACY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

SECURITY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

COMMUNICATIONS

We will communicate with you via automated Farmigo emails to remind you of a scheduled pickup or to inform you about changes or issues with your account. By becoming a subscriber of Meat Club, you agree to open and read all email communications from us.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

If you'd like to cancel your subscription for any reason, please contact us at meatclub@stockprovisions.com. You must cancel your subscription at least 1 week in advance of the upcoming pickup if you do not want to be charged for that package. Refunds will be based on a pro-rated sum dependent on the remaining balance of the Meat Club member's account.
